Product designEngineeringAI automation

The workruns itself.

We design and build software people want to use, with AI systems that take the manual work out of their day.

Meet the studio

Made for people.
Built for the work.

We design digital products, engineer the software, and automate the work around it. Bring a new idea or a process that needs a better way.

From the first user journey to the last interaction. Product strategy, interfaces, design systems, and accessibility.

Engineering

Put it in people’s hands.

Web products and internal tools, built into your stack. Production code, connected data, and the details that make software feel good.

AI automation

Give the repetitive work a system.

Voice and chat agents, intake, documents, and connected workflows. Useful preparation, with a person at the decisions that matter.

We run on
what we sell.

Start with the systems we use ourselves. The interface, the logic, and the limits are all here to inspect.

All work

Client engagements are confidential. These are our own systems, opened up so you can see how we think. Bring these questions to any studio you meet.

From a loose end
to a next step.

An agent should do more than answer. It should find the context, prepare something useful, and know when to stop.

The important part

The request is only the beginning. A good system works out what it needs before it prepares an answer.

Bring a real task. Explore it with the studio’s agent.

Start with the
work that repeats.

Enquiries, handoffs, documents, and the same information entered twice. The agent can help you explore a first fix. Find your industry.

Same four tabs, every morning+

You copy from the CRM to a sheet, check the inbox, then repeat tomorrow.

The queue waits for one person+

Intake, triage, verification, and first drafts all compete for the same person's judgement.

You automated it once. Nobody trusts it now.+

An unexpected case slipped through. Your team needs a system that stops for review when it reaches its limits.

How much work
is hiding in the repeat?

Change this example to match one task. This is time spent today, before review time or build costs. It is not a savings forecast.

Full autonomy
is not the goal.

We put human approval before the first irreversible action. The work leading up to it runs unattended.

Let the system do the preparation. Keep the decision that matters.

Clear boundaries

We define what the agent can see, do, and decide. The model can change without changing those boundaries.

Tests before changes

We test real failure cases so you can see whether each change helps.

Work you can inspect

Your team sees what ran, what the agent decided, and where it stopped.

Small first.
Real from day one.

A useful first build, with scope agreed together. Work directly with the founder from discovery to handover.

  1. 01

    Find the right first build

Paid discovery turns the problem into a clear scope. We map the current work, test the riskiest assumption, and agree what is worth building.

  2. 02

    One path, end to end

Design and build one useful path through your actual tools. Review working software as it takes shape, with the person making it.

  3. 03

    Widen against failures

Test real edge cases, check accessibility, and make failures visible. Add scope when the first path holds up.

  4. 04

    Hand over the keys

Your code, infrastructure, and operating guide. Your team can run the system and choose who develops it next.

Small on purpose.
Senior by default.

The person on the first call is the person who designs it, writes it, and ships it.

Direct access to the founder, from the first sketch to production. We take a few projects at a time and are clear about where we can help.

What can you help us build?

A new product, a better interface, or a system for work your team keeps repeating. We combine product design, engineering, and AI automation. A simpler script is sometimes the right answer.

How does an engagement start?

Start with the agent or tell us about your project. We check the fit together. Paid discovery defines the first build, its scope, and a fixed fee before implementation starts.

What if the agent gets it wrong?

A person reviews consequential actions before they happen. The system can prepare a draft or a recommendation; sending, charging, and deleting require an explicit checkpoint.

Can you work inside our existing stack?

Yes. We connect to the tools your team already uses. Model choice stays reversible and depends on the work, the cost, and where your data can go.

Who will we actually work with?

The founder. The person helping define the problem also designs the interface and writes the code. Scope and availability are agreed before work starts.

How do you handle accessibility and ownership?

WCAG 2.1 AA is the minimum. Contrast, focus, keyboard behavior, and screen-reader semantics are part of the build. You own the code and infrastructure, with a guide for operating it.

Bring the messy process or the product idea. We’ll tell you where we can help, and when a simpler fix makes more sense.

Describe the business, the product, or the repetitive task. Our agent helps map a first approach you can keep and discuss.
